terms of service

1. Payments must be made up-front. Payments are accepted through PayPal or Venmo. I am unable to offer refunds at this time.2. All conversations in regard to the commission will be kept private, and will be primarily held either through email or direct messages. Conversations will be kept in writing such that they can be referred back to. Feel free to direct message me on Instagram, Twitter, or DM @cupiditzy on Discord. Emailing is also avaliable.3. I retain the right to refuse any commission requests if I am uncomfortable with said request or clientele for any reason.4. Prices listed within "Price Guide" are the base standard prices. Prices may be subject to change based upon the complexity of design(s) and number of elements. Prices will be discussed with you as the client, and if you have questions about prices, please ask me.5. Changes can be made to the commission throughout the duration of me working on it. Please keep these changes to 1 - 2 changes per stage of commission. If excess alterations are requested, I may begin to charge extra. This will be discussed with you as the client.6. You retain the right to personal use of the commission, and may use it non-commercially with credit back to me as the artist; feel free to use it, just please don’t make money off of it. Likewise, I may post the commission to my social media(s) with credit to you as the customer, or on my website as a commission / portfolio example. If you commission a sketch or line-art, you may not take said commission and give it to another artist to be finished, nor can you use AI to finish it. If you don’t want your commission posted, please let me know and I will not post it.7. Under no circumstances can your commission be minted or used as an NFT, nor can it be used to train AI programs, nor can it be altered in any way by AI.
